The aim of the Report on the Minority Rights in the Multiethnic Environment in the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia is to describe the current situation of the national minorities’ rights, based on the situations and events in this field. The assertions contained in this report represent the opinions of Mr. Samet Skenderi, Director of the Initiative for Social Change (InSoC) of Skopje, on the current situation of the rights of the national minorities in the country.
